Wake County Residence
- SAT (620 V, 760 M)
- GPA-3.8 unweighted, 4.36 weighted
- 7 APs (Calc AB, Calc BC, Physics 1, Physics C, Computer Science A, World History, English Comp)
- 2 PLTWs- Intro to Engineering, Engineering Design- EOG-Distinguished
- accepted into the NASA aerospace academy between his 9th and 10th grade
- swam up to 15 hours week with the #1 swim team
- created a JAVA game on Github
- volunteer work and raised money towards a Cancer Research lab at NC State
Well my son was waitlisted to state…… but was accepted to CAROLINA!! He’s super excited! Congrats to all who got good news today!

My daughter got into the “spring connect” program also. I understand they can live at UT if they want to. She hasn’t seen anything on Zee Mee for this particular program and room mates. I think this is a nice way to slide in and get GED classes taken care of in the fall through Wake Tech.

Hello, my daughter got also accepted for the spring. She is a little sad bc she feels she is going to missed many activities and events. Can you live in campus at Nc state and go to wake forest for classes? Thank you

Wake Forest is almost 2 hours away in Winston Salem. So unless it is virtual, unlikely.

I assume you meant Wake Tech? You might want to look into going part-time at State so you can enjoy the gym, athletic events etc… It was years ago but I went to both at same time until I was accepted FT at State.
