NCSSM Class of 2016- Future Applicants

@Supremenoodle It’s okay. You gotta laugh a little. Although, maybe joking with something as high stakes as NCSSM is a bit much, I needed a laugh.

Darn it everyone cries

This 24 Hour Challenge just got a lot harder…

I’m still laughing, I’m sorry y’all

@arnavg544 Im from CD4! and wow you got me… good one

@pinkrose452 , wow CD4 is one of the hardest. However, I think that this year, District 13 makes a pretty strong case to be the top three hardest districts.

aw CD 4 is a hard district?? So how do you guys know this?

There’s a lot of applicants. Other than that, nothing much. Don’t worry about the competition: only focus on what you can do.

I say my 13 is top 4 you forgot Charlotte

And yes CD4 is the hardest it’s raleigh

@galaxyunicorn

And prayers to people stationed at Fort Hood and their families… Military does so much to protect us then sick people go and shoot them…

ohh okay yeah raleigh…

So I actually go to an early college, do you guys think NCSSM would consider it as like an incentive type thing???

@pinkrose452 It really depends on what you do at an Early College. If you max out your courses and are top of your class with all A’s, it helps. I don’t know if Early Colleges have IB programs though.

another question

do you think im a bad friend because i totally did not tell ANY of my friends i applied…
If i dont get in i wouldn’t have to go through the embarrassment but if i do then I would just pop out of nowhere and say im leaving…

True friends will accept you for who you are and will support your decisions if it is what is best for you.

But yeah, I wouldn’t just leave without telling anyone.

Anybody here have a favorite NFL or NBA or MLB or NHL team?

@arnavg544 That was NOT FUNNY, but I forgive you for giving me that mini heart attack. I’m lucky I kept reading the thread or else I would’ve broken the 24 hour challenge.
@pinkrose452 I go to an Early College and I used that I was pushing myself and took initiative in my future in my essays. I’m hoping they think that we pushed ourselves by being in the Early College program.
@galaxyunicorn Idk about other ones, but my Early College does not have an IB program. We only offer the HS classes that we have to take EOCs for and freshman classes. We basically only offer World History, Civics&Economics, American Studies (US History and English 3), English 1-4, Math 1-3, Advanced Functions, Biology, Physical Science, Earth Science, and Spanish 1&2. We count all of our one semester classes as Honors and all of our 2 semesters get one academic credit and one honors credit.
