NE Boarding Schools NMS

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows what the typical cut-off to be a National Merit Semi-Finalist is if you attend a New England boarding school...

I've heard it mentioned a few times on this site, but I was wondering if anyone knows what the cut-off has been in the past.

thanks

NMS cutoffs are done by state. Try this:

I thought that I saw other places on this site that the New England Boarding Schools have their own extra cut-off?

Correct - there is a different cutoff for boarding schools by region. I haven't seen them listed in a while, but I believe the cutoff is over 220.

It is usually 222 or higher. New England boarding schools have some of the smartest students in America.
