<p>If you sent the scores the last time you took any SAT tests, then the schools already have a copy of the most recent version of your score report - no need to send again</p>

<p>If you apply to a school that has somehow lost a score report sent to them earlier, the school will tell you that your application is incomplete. You call CB; problem solved.</p>
<p>My daughter had two schools that reported they didn't have her ACT scores, even though we had paid for them to be sent. I called ACT, the scores were sent again, and everything was fine.</p>
<p>This also happens with other missing documentation like recommendations, transcripts, and the like.</p>
