<p>It's like... this white woman with light/blonde hair. She's wearing leather pants or something (country style?). In one shot her hair blows, then she swings her hips and then in the next shot she's pulling her hair back away from her face. I can't find the animation again nor do I know her name but I know it is popular.</p>
