I have a junior in high school who is now learning remote. She is already having challenges in her Algebra II class.
Is there a good online tutoring service this that someone would recommend?

Her first stop should be at her own high school. The teachers there will have recommendations.
If she is willing to work independently, she can start with these two websites:
https://www.khanacademy.org/
http://patrickjmt.com/
For small group and individual tutoring, you could look at:
https://www.varsitytutors.com/
I have used Khan Academy and Patrick JMT with my GED exam prep students who needed Algebra II review. I have no personal experience with Varsity Tutors.
Try Wyzant. It isn’t a national firm so much as a way of connecting independent tutoring contractors. However, you can find all sorts of tutors on there, read their reviews, and give them a try.
I second Wyzant. It was nice to be able to see reviews and each tutor’s fees are listed in his or her profile. You might also try a posting in your local NextDoor. With so many college students staying home and doing online learning, you might be able find someone that way.
Thirding wyzant. Some tutors are super expensive but you can look through and find more reasonable ones. We liked the last minute option for homework troubles but have also used one to schedule a few weekly sessions to keep up. We found it easy to upload homework and such and my kid enjoyed it.

I agree with Wyzant. I have used it to find tutors for my kids and used it to find students. (I tutor math).
If she could get by with non-teacher help (without tutor training), maybe there are retirees near you willing to help? I am a recently retired engineer, and the other day I was wondering if there is some way to lend a hand to the stressed families dealing with remote school. Perhaps there is somebody like that near you. Or a college student.
I just need help on how to PM you…
We have had good luck with a service called Go Peer, which is all tutoring by college students. Our HS student enjoys working with someone closer to her age vs. a licensed teacher, and there are a number of terrific, energetic, smart students on the site from Brown, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins… A few didn’t respond, but after searching a bit we now have several people who are really terrific, so we can always find someone who fits both subject matter and schedule. You pay an annual fee, then it’s $20/hour, so super reasonable. Good luck!
One thing I would think about it her learning style and personality. Is the remote learning creating additional issues in understanding for her? If that is the case, maybe meeting in person socially distanced of course would be more helpful. I would then reach out to the teacher, maybe a student she can recommend, a community college student looking to earn some $. Another thought is to consider that a student may be less intimidating and more relatable to your student.
I used Wyzant to find a LSAT tutor for D2. she had used other tutors, but the one I found on Wyzant was the best. You could read each tutor’s reviews and find one who is right for you.
An idea for students stuck on just one particular problem/concept:
Today I saw mention of photomath app on FB today (no personal experience) - snap a photo of the problem, get solution advise
https://photomath.app/en/
I’ve heard lots of good feedback about Khan app (many subjects), but I think most folks have already heard of that.
