<p>i currently go to a community college now and am going to attend UCI next fall as a psychology major. The problem is that i didnt know i wanted to go the premed route until last semester. The only science courses i've taken are intro bio and intro chem and stats. Switching to a bio major is not an option since i haven't even completed a year of general chem, so i wanted to see what my options are...My plan was to stick with psychology, while completing my premed classes at the same time. How possible would this be? I was told it'd take me 3 years, possibly 2. Is this realistic or am I too late? any advice would be appreciated. thanks</p>
<p>Stay with your major and take your pre-med courses. You can always go in the summer if it is taking too long</p>
