Need based Engineering schools...!!!

I wish to apply to universities such as Cornell, Princeton, Northwestern and likes. Can anyone please suggest me some more universities that offer Need Based Grants to international students and are also good for engineering as the ivy leagues I have mentioned? I want to get into one of the best technical institutes in USA. So please suggest accordingly.

Johns Hopkins is okay. My friends go there. @goldenfygg‌ is right though
