<p>it is extracurricular. The competition has several tests in different areas of study (so if you choose, you can only do speech but you will do badly overall). they give out awards per subject and for overall score. </p>

<p>Oh i was wrong competition is at fossil ridge...regionals is weatherford...well anyways it sucks for me that I was gonna give same speech this year as last year until my coach told me the rule that you cant, so I have to make up a new one!</p>
