Need help deciding college for premed!

So my choices are UC Berkeley, Duke, and UC San Diego. I have a full ride scholarship at UCSD, but what should I choose not considering the money? I know Duke has an excellent program, with great advising and everything, but how are Berkeley and San Diego? Which is better out of Berkeley and San Diego? Does prestige of school play a role in med school admissions? What are the pre-med experiences like at Berkeley and San Diego? Is it worth it to go to Duke, or will Berkeley or San Diego suffice and prepare me well enough for premed?

Note: I am planning to major in biomedical engineering, and I am an academically strong student, with a 4.0 throughout high school. So, would the competition (especially in engineering) be okay for someone like me at a place like Berkeley?

Med school admissions is primarily dependent on your overall GPA, your GPA in the pre-med sequence, and your MCAT. The name on your diploma barely matters at all. If money is an issue for you, you can safely choose the least expensive program. Remember, you will almost certainly end up on the hook for $200,000 or more in loans for med school. You do not want to head into med school already maxed out on undergraduate loans!
