The only two options I am considering as of now are Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. I love Chemistry, but on the other hand I also love Computers and probably would enjoy designing and building circuits. On the other hand I also hear that EE requires some programming knowledge, which I am not a huge fan of. In the long run which field would probably be the best in terms of my likes, also what academic strengths should I have to get into either field.

Did you take Physics in high school and like it? If you took it, did you have a unit on circuits? Electrical Engineeing is based on the Electricity and Magnetism subject of Physics and heavily revolves around circuits.

I would probably weigh the decision on whether you like Physics or Chemistry better.
