Need help finding colleges to look at

Hi,
I’m a junior and looking at colleges to apply to in the fall. Supermatch and all those other sites haven’t really helped me so I thought I would try to get some ideas here.
STATS
3.4 gap currently (probably a 3.5 when I apply)
Classes taken: All honors classes except for one college class, AP English Junior year. Taking 4 AP’s next year.
ACT: 29 (taking it again in april and june)
SAT: N/A (I did terrible, the sat is not for me)
ECs:
-VP of class (fresh/sophmore)
-founded a community outreach club (tons of service hours from this)
-member of student council 3 years(head chair of a student council conference this year)
-AFS (junior year)
-in top orchestra at my school (I play viola and violin)
-have studied piano outside of school for 13 years now
-worked as orthodontic assistant/receptionist after school (sophomore year)
-teach viola/violin/piano afterschool to elementary/middle school kids
-working in restaurant as a prep cook (20 hours a week during school, 45 hours during summer)
-I just started my own business

What I’m looking for: Urban setting (large to medium sized city), Medium to large school.
Currently interested in: University of Washington, Fordham, GWU, American U, UVM.
I attend a top 20 Massachusetts high school.

Any ideas for city schools that are somewhat prestigious that I could get into?

Do you need financial aid? What can your parents afford to pay?

I do not need financial aid, but am looking to get merit scholarships (and hopefully a music scholarship). 55k a year would the max amount that my family would be ok with paying for.
