need help for two math problems in SAT?

Two questions in SAT?
The attendance at a school play increased by 30 percent from Friday to Saturday, and then decreased by 5 percent from Saturday to Sunday. Sunday's attendance was what percent of Friday's attendance?
A) 120%
B) 122%
C) 123.5%
D) 125%
E) 126.5%

The function h is defined by h(x)=5x+8. If 1/3h(radical r)= 4, what is the value of r?
A) 16/25
B) 4/5
C) 2/ radical 5
D) 4
E) 16

Please show work and how you got there so I can understand. Thanks a lot.

For the first one, assume that 100 people attended on Friday. That would mean 130 attended on Saturday. Then the attendance went down by 5% of 130, or 6.5. This isn’t actually possible, but if 123.5 people could attend on Sunday, that would be 123.5% of the Friday night audience.

For the second one, I assume you’re saying (1/3)*h(square root of r) = 4.

Then h(sqrt r) = 12
5(sqrt r) + 8 = 12
5(sqrt r) = 4
(sqrt r) = 4/5

now square both sides

r = 16/25
