<p>I have begun filling out the forms my high school has for the mid year reports they need to send in for the colleges I am applying to, I have a few questions regarding what to attach to these forms. If a school uses common ap, do I still need to attach the mid year report forms that the college provides online? I know for schools like Georgetown that don't use common app I have to attach their independent forms, but for the others such as George Washington or Northwestern, do I have to print out their forms and give them to my guidance counselor, or do I just inform them that the school uses common app?
