AP Chemistry-Honors Year 11-12 (Requires Chemistry I completion)

Those are all the courses that my school offers for science

I currently taking Honors biology (In 9th grade)
I need help deciding what should I do in sophomore year. I wanting to do Chemistry 1 honors or AP physics because I would complete Honors algebra 2 this year. However, I wanted to do chemistry 1 zero hour (meaning its a class before school) or self study it (depending whats easier). and then do AP chemistry junior year but what would I take senior.
But, would it be more beneficial for me to just do Honors chem 1 then AP chem then AP physics?. Or should I do AP physics (do chem 1 self study or zero hour) and do AP chem Junior year? What class will benefit the other 1 more? What science electives should I choose or what would look good on a College Application?

9th: Honors bio 10th: AP physics or honors chem 1 11th AP chem or Honors chem 1 12th: (AP physics if I choose chem first) or another science course

I would stick with Bio/Chem/Physics and skip the others. Honors Chem your sophomore year would be fine. Plan for AP Chem and AP Physics junior and senior year (I don’t think the order will matter). If you’re planning on applying to MCS (Mellon College of Science) then AP Bio may be a viable substitute for either Chem or Physics, but Chem & Physics will be a better choice if you’re going engineering or SCS.

One thing your lists doesn’t show is which AP Physics is offered. AP Physics I is algebra based. It’s basically a “physics for non-engineers” college level course. The two AP Physics C courses (Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism) are calculus based and will carry much more weight. Looking at the description in your original post, I would guess that your school is offering AP Physics I.

For electives, I would plan to get to AP Comp Sci if available. If you want to take additional science courses as electives, then ideally take AP versions, but make sure that you can handle the workload. AP Bio would be my top choice unless you can work in both Physics C courses.
