Are you typing in all caps for a reason? (I have a sibling who does this because he is unsure of capitalization rules, but it makes him seem like he is SHOUTING all the time). You would be better off learning the rules, believe me.

What state do you live in? Are you originally from outside the US? Do you have US citizenship? Also, what is your SAT breakdown? Any upward trend in your GPA?

I live in Pennsylvania about 20 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. I’ve been here for 11 years I do have citizenship. No upward trend in my GPA, it is low because of my Math and Science courses.

From my local experience, I know lots of students with similar stats that have been accepted at K-State or Wichita State, but requirements can vary from program to program.

You have accomplishments and a strong curriculum, but a very low GPA. The larger PASSHE schools would likely serve you well, especially if they offer Russian. You may try to apply for Penn State or Pitt branch campuses but they typically require 2.7-2.8.
Be aware that business typically requires 1-2 classes in statistics and up to one semester of calculus (plus all the other classes before that calculus class).
