Well I’m on my school’s Honor Council, and I would be obliged to report her much earlier on. That being said, I don’t tend to get in these situations, because I am on the Honor Council. People seem to think that I’ll turn them in… o.O

Does your school have an Honor Code? I’d mention it in passing and if it continued, I’d leave an anonymous message for the teacher.

Federal laws say no. That’s why you buy it offa websites based in the UK. It’s hilarious when it’s a federal offense to have anything that jams any type of signal, yet 90% of the reviews were in the US LoL.

Worst come worst, take comfort in the fact that:

a. Jill will fail miserably in college.
b. If, by any stroke of luck, Jill does graduate from college, she will have a miserable professional life. Laziness isn’t exactly going to help her get promotions.

I would find out if Jill annoys other people. Truly, if you could get a group together, it could help. Nothing works better than peer pressure, and in this situation it really helps everyone in the long run.

TELL YOUR TEACHER. Who cares if you are being a snitch? She is stealing your rank by cheating her way through. Write an anonymous note and leave in on your teacher’s desk. Ask for her to pay more attention to Jill in class. I did this in my AP history class. Why would I study all week and let the morons cheat their way through on the day of the tests? Don’t tell anyone though, only one friend, because things can spread around.

My history teacher did not call them out, instead, now every time we have tests or quizzes, my history teacher sits in a chair straight in front of the ‘cheaters’. The look on their faces is priceless.

As for Sweety, she needs to learn to say no.
