Need some great advice on what to do

Hey, I have a 3.3 GPA and a 2040 on my SAT's. and a 29 on my ACT. I have tons of extracuricculars such as Football, Volleyball, Head of Church Group/Brotherhood, DJ, Community Service, Alter, Know Ukrainian, Russian, English and 2 years of German, Go to a Ukrainian school which will give me 6 college credits, have honors and AP classes. Im trying to major in pre-law/legal studies/international affairs basically trying to become an international lawyer and go into some diplomatic work, high paying jobs. Im trying to apply to Boston University, La salle, Drexel, Temple, Arcadia, American Catholic University. What other schools up from Boston down to DC would be good for me to apply to and have a chance to get in to? Thank You

You have a good list that is also pretty realistic. Might also consider Fordham, state flagship, and Maryland (stretch but ideal location close to DC and lots of programs with Hopkins).

I live in the Philly area. I really don’t care where I study, it just HAS to be a big city for me. Here’s my options, DC, Philly, Boston or New York, idk if good colleges will accept me because of that low gpa, everything else is great though, I’m kind of a bright underachiever
