Need urgent help with Common App… Please :(

I have searched on google and have gone through many threads in this forum but have not found any that could specifically answer my following questions or situation. So please take few mins and help someone out who has no other real source of help :/

Situation: I had invited counselor (who is my maths teacher, wrote LOR for me), he opted out of online process and so now it’s the mailing process.

I am in 12th right now….

1) Why is there no international supplemental offline form?
I just have school report, mid year report, final report and optional report
2) I am sending all the universities in common app hard copies i.e. original and in sealed envelope, both LOR and transcripts…. So do I need to bother with this assign recommender section?

3) If I need to bother… Then I quote -> “this applicant’s senior secondary leaving exam results are not yet available, please attach predicted results.”
Do I really need to provide predicted marksheet and even the 1st term marksheet? I am asking because my grades are not good in my mid-terms. Like an epic fall as compared to other results and even 1st quarter exam results.

4) There are a lot of things in those pdfs which are not applicable to me… So I guess I am leaving them blank. My college and school don’t provide class rank, is that fine?

5) Should I send courier first with all the documents I said and then see in the respective university’s application tracker if they mention anything about sending common app offline form or stuff? But that’s sooo much extra money… Please provide your expertise to avoid this option.

Thank You and I am very grateful to whoever helps.

There are in university websites, I guess.

You still have to assign your counselor and then she will opt out offline if you want to send them by mail

You do need to send your first term/ Mid term report to colleges.

Yes leave the class rank if your school doesnt rank

Thats depends on you BASICALLY Your counselor needs to do these things
Dont try to do yourself, you can always help her but she needs to do these things so also ask her

Thank you sooo much for the reply.

So basically my counselor needs to fill out the school and mid year report and then I can courier them along with my other documents, is that right?

I don’t understand why do we have to complete common app if we are couriering everything?

Same here… It’s just that the universities have opted to abide by the terms of common app and common app only. They don’t have their own online forms because common app provides more authentic, usuable data. This is what my guess is.
So, according to common app we must fill in everything including recommenders, no matter where you come from. The whole counselor and the marks sheet pdf is messed up as more than half of the things don’t apply to us.
Oh well… Procedures procedures…

If your Counselor is uploading the recommendation and transcripts through common app from her account then you DO NOT need to send them again through courier.

Only if your counselor opts out from Online submission then you need to send everything from counselor verified, stamped by the school.

Actually we had already prepared the LOR and transcripts before noticing the assign recommenders section. Anyways, counselor opted out of online submissiona and so it’s gonna be the mail process.
The PDFs they have: School report, optional report, mid year report and final report.
Do not include marks section, like for internationals, but only AP and so. However just sending the sealed envelopes, I think, won’t be complete as the offline form (Specific) for respective university through common app were not sent.

Thus, I haven’t yet courierd anything and still taking opinions and searching for someone experienced. In the latest I got to know that my college won’t provide me predicted marksheet and so I am in a bit of pickle. Either way I am going to send all I can and then wait for universities to specifically ask for respective documents, if they require.
