needs help... will chance back

<p>I am a white male from a very good public school in CT</p>

<p>My wieghted GPA is 3.52 and unwieghted is a 3.3 something</p>

<p>our schoold does not have class ranks </p>

<p>Sats- 1310 out of 1600
1900 out of 2400
Sat 2s- Us history 710
ACT- 26
AP us- 4
i am taking 3 aps next year and 2 honors </p>

<p>every year i have taken atleast 2 honors and this year (junior) i took 2 + ap us history</p>

<p>i will have been president at our school's marketing club junior and senior year
i will be an officer of our general business club next year
i have a far amount of community service, and an a member of a community service club at my school
i was captian of football for freshman year (for the freshman team) and sophomore year ( for the jv) but had to quit because i hurt my knee
i work part time at a law office</p>

<p>i feel like my essay is very strong
also i do not no if it helps but niether of my paretns went to college</p>

<p>I think you have a good chance at all of these although penn state and texas might a slightly more difficult if ur out of state</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure being first-generation going to college is a hook that helps you a bit. And like the others on this thread I think you have a good chance at all of these schools except for U of Texas, since I’m pretty sure they have a heavy preference on in-state applicants though your stats are in their range. In other words all are matches, except for Texas which is a slight reach. Good luck :)</p>
