I’ve been enrolled at UMASS Boston for two semesters (I began courses as a non degree student in the summer of 2017 and have began pursuit of a BS in engineering physics in the fall while minoring biochemistry. I currently have a 3.9 GPA (which exceeds NEU’s average transfer GPA of 3.3) and have also retaken the SAT after graduation from high school (whereas I scored a 1300 originally, I improved to a perfect score). What are my chances of acceptance into NEU’s bioengineering program (and if I do not qualify for this program, then what are my chances of enrollment into the program which my credits most closely match). Would it affect my admission chances if I was rejected when I applied as a senior?
3.3 is the minimum for transfers, not the average. If you have 24 credits earned at time of application they will not look at your high school stats, only your college GPA.
