<p>I received an e-mail from FAFSA saying that</p>
<p>"Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) has been processed and the data will be made available to the school(s) listed on your FAFSA."</p>
<p>but when I access my FAFSA application and go to my school selection/list, it doesn't show whether they have received it or not. </p>
<p>So I don't know when I can take them off my list and add new ones (because I applied to >10 schools). Plus, I have to make corrections when I get my 2011 tax returns, so I don't know if it's safe to my current schools off my list.</p>
<p>Since you have received the confirmation email from FAFSA saying your form has been processed you are all set. The schools have the information available and will download that info on their own schedule. You can now delete those schools and put in the other schools you are applying to. Submit the FAFSA again and you will receive a second confirmatory email. Save those emails. When you have completed your tax returns and are ready to correct the FAFSA you will have to go through the same 2 step process if you want to send the updated FAFSA to more than 10 schools.</p>
<p>PS If you sign in after your FAFSA has been processed and click “View Processed Information” your SAR will pop up.</p>
