New ACT vs. SAT Dilemma

So after late Junior Year, here are my standardized test scores-

ACT
Composite- 34
English- 36
Math- 34
Reading- 33
Science- 34
Essay-23

SAT
1500/1600
Reading+Writing- 770
Math- 730
Essay-21

1500/1600
Reading+Writing- 700
Math- 800
Essay- 18

Superscore- 1570/1600

My issue really revolves around the fact that most of the schools I want to go to say they superscore the SAT (Yale, Caltech, etc), however is this really true? Should I just submit the one ACT test and both SAT tests? I have an 800 in Math II and a 770 in Chem for SAT II’s as well. Anyway, thanks in advance for your opinion!
