I know that many people struggle to pay for medical school expenses making many accrue huge debts. I heard that with the next healthcare plan, doctors will have ceilings on their paychecks meaning that they have less money. In this sense, wouldn't it be harder to pay of debt and make this profession less worthwhile? Because of this new bill, I'm debating on whether or not to become a doctor. I mean I don't have to be super rich but I don't want to have to struggle to pay my bills or anything later on.

The new law contains no provisions capping salaries. It does generally expand government power, such that maybe someday down the line, the government could more plausibly cap paychecks.
