So sorry to hear that this is happening to you. It can be very frustrating, especially when the customer service isn’t very customer oriented. Is there a student ombusdsman on your campus? Check your school’s website. This person can be very helpful in situations like yours.
Just curious…if you linked to the IRS DRT for your mom, why did they need a tax transcript too?
^^I had to submit a transcript after linking to the DRT. Don’t know why.
Usually, that happens because someone changes information after it’s been imported through the DRT. There is a code that is generated when a change is made to income info that was imported by the DRT - if the school gets that code, they require a tax transcript.
Luckily my financial aid information was approved last week. I grabbed my classes really quickly and now everything is good. And knock on wood looks like the financial aid is covering the two classes 100% I’m very relieved, it’s quite a lot of stress off my shoulders.
