<p>UW Madison will lose another $25 million or so over the two year budget cycle just begun due to under-performing state revenues. The idea of UW being state funded is becoming less and less a fact. No info on any tuition changes to offset. Might be too late in the budget cycle. I'd expect some new hiring and purchasing of equipment etc. to be postponed. </p>
