New York Times Magazine Article

Did anyone read the New York TImes Magazine article about Northwestern Fraternties. The article was written by a Northwestern graduate and give a pretty negative opinion on Northwestern Fraternity life.

Is it a supplementary magazine that comes with the paper on Sunday?

It's a supplementary magazine that comes with the paper on Saturtday

I am curious but I couldn't find it. Did he write how the frat played a negative role on NU's social life as a whole? Or did he write about the negatives of what went on inside the frat? I knew very little about frat and thought it's just about hazing, drinking, and picking up girls. LOL! It seems like internationals were not into frat for some reasons (likely cultural). With less partying, most of us got higher GPAs. ;)

It's doom and gloom time for many fraternity boys at Northwestern and at colleges across the country. University administrators, alarmed by the extent of binge drinking on their campuses, are cracking down on the excesses of Greek life, saying it's high time for fraternity boys to shape up and sober up.

That pretty much summarizes the article. Negative? Depends on where you come from.
