So I’m applying to Newhouse at SU and here are my stats:
My composite ACT wasn’t amazing (26) but I got a 31 in Reading and a 10 on the essay. On the SAT I got a 690 in reading. I scored all 4’s on 3 AP exams which resulted in an AP scholar award, can count on good recs from AP teachers, attached 2 screenplays to my application, am applying ED, had a good interview, have 2 school records in Track and Field (on the team for 2 yrs), was co-captain for school’s Speech team (on the team for 2 years), ran Varsity cross country freshman year, have a total of 96 college units, helped on 4 Mexico mission trips, helped out in my church’s childrens’ ministry for the past two years, and took the hardest classes available at my HS.
So what do you think?
