I wonder what would happen if Darrelle Revis and Nmandi Asomugha were on the same team. That would be scary…they could almost stack the box every play and not have consequences. You shut down a 3WR, a TE and an RB and you’re done.

EH EH EH! I SEE YOU AL DAVIS! GET OFF THE PHONE!

coming from an avid charger fan (my entire life since i was 6) who lives in NJ and has tons of friends who are jets fans, i wanted to chop of nate kaedings you know what and feed it to philip rivers.

Did Kaeding really just choke again vs the jets in the playoffs? I mean, we not only outplayed the jets most of the game, but we also are a much better team than they are. I give credit when credit is due, and besides a few breaks the jets got the chargers played a MUCH better game. I am fine with kaeding missing the 56 yarder, but from 36 and 40!!!?!?!?!?!?!!? i don’t think he’s ever missed a 40 yarder in his career besides one 2-3 years ago.

Anyways- enjoy it jets fans… Good luck vs the colts

I can’t tell you how many personal phone calls i got yesterday after the game

The jets out played the chargers in the second half, they just ran all over them and they will be in the same situation next week and if they can run hard and stop Peyton then it will be superbowl time.

i’d love to agree with you and say that the jets outplayed us in the 2nd half, but that was barely the case. The jets might have played a little bit better in the 2nd half, but the breaks they got and screwups by the chargers are what won them the game. The INT by rivers was because him and gates/jackson were completely out of sync, and the one run by greene for the TD was a missed tackle by eric weddle. Also, when jackson had a short catch but ran it to the 23, floyd had an illegal block in the back which put us back at the 45 yard line and forced a punt.

^Agreed. Something will definitely be done about this. The refs took this game over…it’s sad that has to happen on such a big stage.

I was rooting for the Saints on that drive though, because now something will be done about the OT rules!!! :)

Vikings played like garbage, very sloppy team by both. Luckily they have 2 weeks to prepare, because the Saints have to be 110% emotionally and physically exhausted right now.

Haha this was the match-up I had predicted the first time the Colts went to Miami for the Super Bowl. I just hope the Colts win I agree, that pass interference was total BS, and the officiating grew more in favor of the Saints. Vikings just blew it, even with 5 turnovers. Saints got lucky here

@Pierre - Not a very good season by my standards. Brady wasn’t in sync all year except a few games mid-season. He’s just not that great a QB after that dirty hit by that Chiefs lineman in 2008.

^Wasn’t he a safety? Lol I think he was the one who was trying to tackle Wes Welker this year when he blew out his knee as well. I believe he plays for the Texans now
