For NMF status, there is an additional $2K/year (the Provost Scholarship) in addition to other merit scholarships that are awarded, such as the Volunteer Scholarship, here: Volunteer Scholarship - One Stop Student Services.
UTK does not give a full ride, or anything near it, for NMF status.

At Wyoming, an OOS student would get the Brown and Gold scholarship, based on test scores and gpa. A NMF would likely get the top award of 150% of instate tuition (about $12,500). Other scholarships like for engineering would stack on top. Definitely possible to get a full COA, but it is a ābuild your own packageā school. I donāt know if the student could then get a $2500 NMF scholarship too (probably).
