D applied EA by the deadline, application status is “complete” in the portal, but she has received no communication via email, letter or portal.
Once the admissions office opens up tomorrow at 9, you should definitely give them a call and ask why your daughter hasn’t received a decision.
I believe Completed under status means deferred and canceled means denied. At least that’s what I read from another thread. Hope it’s not the case. Best of luck!

Check your spam folder in email. That’s where mine was. They came out 4 days ago and I just saw mine today.
My son received a deferred email.
