<p>Just want to point out that the CoA for UMich CoE OOS upperclassmen is already over $60k right now and will be likely $62k next year. At UMich, students with 55+ credits are considered upperclassmen. So one may need to pay at that rate from sophomore or even earlier depending on the number of transferred credits from AP and dual enrollment, etc.</p>
