I am not a mathematical/scientific person. I plan on applying to SFS - and have taken two online AP courses to demonstrate my interest in international relations.
Due to my lack of skill, and interest in math I find myself in Algebra II as a junior, next year I have been advised to take AP Statistics, and that is my current course selection. I will not make it to AP Calc, and my schedule does not offer room for AP Physics - I'm taking AP Chem. Will this hurt my chances of being accepted?

I don’t know about SFS, but I was accepted to the College taking AP Stats my senior year, no AP Calc (up to precalc junior year)

I think it depends on your other prerequisites ? Is your GPA very high ? Were your SATS very high ? Lots of Extra curriculars and Leadership Positions ? I think all of these help, too. because speaking from expereince, I was not expecting to get in because my SATS are low for Georgetown, but I truly believe that my courseload, grades, activities, essays, and minority status pulled me up. Soo…if everything else is on point, I think you have a fair shot cause at Georgetown, thats all anybody has lol and never count yourself out ! Never underestimate yourself , you know ? Because if I can get in, anybody can. best of luck !
