No posting test questions?

I understand that we are not allowed to post test questions from the latest SAT test, May 2. But there are a lot of thread about this test, although not necessarily posting the questions.

Are we allowed to discuss these questions and the test, as long as we do not post the exact question? What about the essay?

you can talk about essays prompt because college board post those online

Remember the statement you’ve struggled to copy in cursive?
Proceed at your own risk.

gcf101 ,
Can you explain how exactly College Board can find out that we do not abide by this statement ?

CR7_ManUtd - honestly, I don’t know the answer to that question. Somebody with the Internet litigation experience could probably shed some light on this matter.

I do feel that if the ETS/CB decide to go after a presumed perpetrator, they will spare no effort or money to nab that poor soul.
Case in study:

okay so we are allowed to share essay prompts from the last test, but we are not allowed to share questions…why is everyone sharing questions then?

Cause college board can’t catch us?

Well ,in local Bulgarian forums students are discussing the questions just 5 minutes after they get back from the test center.I don`t think they are endangered just because CB cannot possibly find them out.But it dangerous to defy the rules in this forum :)
