No time for SAT prep

Hey ,

It seems like you started studying late and from what I gathered you want to score well. You should work hard if you want to do well on these tests so dedicate all your time to studying, that would be tip number one.My first score was 1620 , very close to yours and I did it without preparation too. They say that is an auspicious start but I am telling you that you must prepare and solve more tests ,the key to mastering SAT is practicing. Here is a good article on how to find your way around SAT and you can search for more and check out threads. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1481004-tips-how-get-2400-a.html

Concerning your schools subjects I would say that depends on your curriculum, which you must know well.I am doing the same thing actually I delayed ALL my courses and am currently focusing on the app process but in my country we do not have any monthly tests on senior year so it is okay to do this because when the college requests my mid-year report I will send them a report of average previous scores. But if this is not the case with you then you should pay some attention to school courses as well.

As for SAT subject, you are the only one who can tell whether you can finish the subjects quickly.Because perhaps you are familiar with much of the material or not familiar at all.But considering that the tests are in five weeks I would recommend focusing on SAT 1 now and taking care of subjects right after October 5.

Good luck :)
