Is it easier for a Jew to get into a Jesuit University?

No, it is not. They do not discriminate on religion either way. However, they are very accepting, and every Jesuit university I looked into had a significant Jewish population (and, to a lesser extend, Muslims and Hindus, as well as other Christians and agnostics/atheists).

When I first read Fordham (a school that I applied to) was Jesuit, I was a bit uneasy. I was raised Catholic but am very agnostic right now and am hoping they won’t kind of “force feed” their beliefs to me.

^It depends on the school. Some do, some don’t. I kinda doubt they do at Fordham though.

There’s a Jewish professor there that says in his years at Fordham, he has been more comfortable being Jewish there than he was at his Ivy League alma maters. I’m sure that welcoming atmosphere extends to all beliefs.
