<p>Well, the ones for which I can check the status for. So far, Brown and Colgate have not received, but have received everything else.</p>
<p>I asked him again, and he said that he did send it. He sent it like the 3rd week of December.</p>
<p>Why would they still not have gotten it yet? I understand many of you will just say because of all the mail they are getting they haven't recorded it yet, but I sent a letter to Colgate last friday and it is already recorded that they have it.</p>
<p>What should I do? I don't want to ask him to resend it, that is a lot of work on his part.</p>
<p>It happeend to me too. I had the teacher fax it to the office and then I sent an email to the regional rep for my area telling her it was being fax'd directly to her. In case she didn't consider it official...to let me know. SHe replied back w/i an hour saying she received it, considered it official (sent directly from the HS) and my file was complete. Worse case is they don't consider it official but I bet they will. They say this happens all the time. Don't sweat it.</p>
<p>I think you will have to ask him to resend--see if you colelge counselor can help you wiht this, In any case, it should not be too much work for the teacher to resend--he would be foolish not to have kept a copy of the rec. I think it is a fairly safe bet that he did not send it or that it got lost--too much of a coincidence for two schools not to have received it.</p>
