Northeast Rain Blamed for SAT Score Problem

lol the college board should just throw out some 800's? you gotta be kidding me (I hope you were joking)... don't get me wrong, I think with all the money CB charges they should have this kinda **** figured out (they had to know about this humidity thing beforehand)... however, to play devils advocate, this thing is being completely blown out of proportion-I mean cmon read the data... 80% of students only had a diff of 10-40 pts on the 2400 scale-theres no way thats going to make or break a candidate for admission. For the kids who actually had a significant change (100 pts+), I'm sure the CB has strongly "encouraged" colleges to re-evaluate your application, and when all is said and done Im willing to bet you will be fairly reviewed based on your "real" credentials and scores... the whole thing has jus been an exuse to open the floodgates of frustration on the SAT/college process as a whole... everyone is just anxious for the letters, and needs to chill out- the vast majority (99%+) of kids weren't even affected
