I'm a junior and I have a 3.9 GPA average.
All of my classes are nothing special. No Honors or Advanced Placement classes. I take the same classes the rest of the juniors take. I never took school seriously and I rejected offers being moved into Honors and AP classes because I didn't want to work hard. But when I started my junior year, I realized my mistake. I regret my decision but I am planning to take AP classes for my senior year. Hopefully it's not too late...
Anyway, I took the ACT. I got a 30. Do you think good schools [my dream school is Northeastern University] would accept me with the good ACT score, despite the level of the classes I took?
I am hearing impaired. Not meaning to take advantage of my disability but I assume that would give me a higher chance since many schools want diversity.

r u serious. I know people from my school that have 3.2-3.5’s get in. But NE like’s my school. But still you need a 3.51 gpa… your fine! It’s my safety honestly

get those ap classes in next year and i think you have a good chance of getting accepted especially since you have a great act score. Goodluck and can you please chance me back.

Northeastern had a 38% acceptance rate in 2010 because a lot of kids think it is easy to get into. Mid 50% for SAT is 1880 to 2080, 28-32 for the ACT.
