Did all notices come out at the same time tonight or different times by state? Wondering if they’ll start wave 2 around the same time tomorrow in the same order (if by states.)

Does anyone know if you get admitted to start in a certain location if you can change it? And did anyone get accepted to the Boston campus tonight??? Seems like only alternate sites

Thank you! Do you think you’ll do the NUin? Did they offer some merit or financial aid too?

I’m not sure if I will attend. I have been accepted to five other schools with merit and honors programs. However at Northeastern I only got $1,500 in merit and basically no financial aid (got unsubsidized loans).

Probably best to follow the money and avoid debt. Good luck!

Especially since I may want to go to med school afterwards. My top option as of now is UofSC majoring in nursing with instate tuition and the capstone scholars program

Daughter got into global scholars program - accepted to business major. We are from WA and she was accepted after being deferred from early action. Not much merit though

Got into global scholars. Northeastern was not one of my top choices anyway because I want more of a community, but still kinda ouch… Idk I know people with significantly worse stats who got into the main campus :sob:

I have a feeling that anyone who indicated on their app that they were interested in the Global Scholars program was put there rather than in Boston, as a way for NEU to make room for as many people as possible, even if their stats were competitive enough to get them into the Boston campus.

If you read their last email, it says they have put people on pathways they might not have chosen.

Accepted for Computer Science for NU.in after deferral from EA to RD. Answered “No” for 1st Year Study Abroad, but “Yes” for Global Scholars on the common app. 4.0 UW, 4.6 WGPA, TO.

Anyone know what the criteria is for the transition to the Boston campus? Is it pretty much automatic (i.e. 2.0 and go)?

I found out through here to be honest cause I randomly checked my portal and the glitch tab was there

So do we think the next wave will be tonight? Or next Wednesday?

My guess: Friday!

“Guess” is the right word.
I’ll guess either next Wednesday with the next kind of decisions (either Boston or rejections or both) or today with more of the NUin/global scholars/alternate campuses decisions.
The NU Admissions Twitter account replied to a question that they were unable to say how many waves there will be or when the next wave would be. So it’s anyone’s guess at this point.
Good luck to all.
