Ok, your GPA is on par. Your strength of curriculum and SATS are low though, which is why I would classify it as a high reach. Try retaking them, and scoring above a 2000 or a 29 on the ACT. Your awards are impressive and get great recommendations. Good luck!
Everyone has been chanced back… keep them coming. :)

I think it’s a high reach. Maybe you want to retake the SAT? You have lots of ECs, which is good, but you have to be academically strong as well.

Chance mine? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1690550-chances-for-harvard-john-hopkins-dartmouth-tufts-ill-chance-back-if-you-want.html#latest

Your ECs and GPA seem on par with NE but you need to work on the SAT score a bit. A 1900, even a 1800 would be good.

Thank you

Like most of the people have been saying so far, its a reach because of your test scores. Your GPA and ECs seem decent, but if you increase your SAT score to about a 2000-2100 you have a good chance.

I agree with all the others. Northeastern is a reach for you with the test score you have. Some people do better on the ACT, so you should consider that option. You could also look into some test optional schools in addition to applying to Northeastern.

Chance back?

Great EC’s but the SAT is lacking. You can get in if you improve your SAT. Try to take the ACT, that’s what worked for me when I struggled in SAT.

its a bit of a reach, but you definitely have a chance. Lots of ECs that will help and Honor Societies.

Test scores are way too low, tbh. By the way out of curiosity what magazine or newspaper have you been published in? Is it a national publication or your school newspaper?

low reach… it’s possible… maybe try taking the SAT again?

please chance me back :)

Take the SAT again and it’s a possibility! Northeastern is looking for more than just a GPA and a test score. They really look at everything about you to make their decision. A rep was at my school for an hour and I spoke with her about their admissions process. They want the right fit both academically and personality wise, so make sure to really tell them who you are in your essays! They won’t know anything you don’t tell them :)

woah, i would say its a mid to high reach. ur sat is quite low, and ur gpa isnt too high either. u have pretty goof ec’s but those wont matter if u dont have the stats. still apply though, as they might take a look at ur ec’s and reconsider. chanc eme back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1684824-chance-me-to-virginia-tech-georgia-tech-cal-poly-uiuc-usc-uc-berkeley-industrial-engineering.html#latest
