Northeastern vs Emory

@kingslayer7 Also, I can’t really determine where I would be working since I am an international student and the limitations on work visa are already quite strict. I could have to return back to my home country (which I don’t mind) and therefore, I have to keep my options open about that.

@NinjaTurtle1 You are correct about co-op opportunities for non-US residents at Northeastern. They are limited. Companies use co-ops as a recruitment tool and the majority will not pay to sponsor you for full-time employment. Even though you would qualify to work as a co-op, many doors would be closed to you then and after graduation. The Emory B School is not hard to get into once you complete your first two years. You just need to make sure that you take all of the prerequisite courses in the college. I think it’s a good idea to take classes in the business school even before your junior year. Oh, and there’s nothing wrong with spending four years of your life in great weather at that beautiful campus. Congratulations on your decision.

@ljberkow Thank you so much! It’s really great and comforting to hear such positive words.

Emory’s B-school is more prestigious and it is not hard to get in as long as you get an ok GPA during your fresh and soph years.
