Northeastern vs. TCNJ

I have been accepted to both schools. After financial aid both schools cost the same. I want to go to medical school and will go the place that will support me and help me out more. I got a lot from northeastern. really like tcnj. I like its small size and feel it suits me personally. I like a quiet peaceful town atmosphere. However northeastern has better dorms and better facilities and I feel that that there are more exciting things to do since its in the city of boston, but I don't really like the city cuz of all the noise. I also know about its co op program. I like the tcnj atmosphere, but who's knows? I mite adjust. Do u think the science program is better at tcnj or northeastern and will it be harder to get good grades at northeastern since its a larger university. Also I prefer the place that will have more indians since I am indian as well, not prejudiced, just a preference since I never had an indian friend at my high school to connect with. So what do u think? I kno I asked way too many questions but I want to make the right decision

If you do not like city life you won’t like Northeastern or any school in Boston.

Go to TCNJ the food is good and the TCNJ Indian Student Association is huge (200+).

Uh, I don’t think a school being large affects your grades at it. A high student to faculty ratio might (they have the same) because you wouldn’t might not have a chance to talk one on one with professors if you have a question.

Northeastern has a large population of international students (11%), and chances are some are from India. They also have Indian food on/near campus, an Indian student association (maybe more than one - the graduate student association has a cricket program for males-only capped at 120 students), and they offer dance classes at the gym in three types of Indian dance (Bollywood, Bhangra, and one other I forgot).

They are vegetarian friendly (idk if you are a vegetarian but I know a decent % of Indians are, and I am a veggie so I have researched this well), and have many varying religious groups. There is a large emphasis on other cultures and a dorm called International Village for honors freshman and others that emphasizes this. To me, having elements of the culture you enjoy available to you is more important than the sheer percentage of people sharing your ancestry.

I don’t know anything about TCNJ at all, so it might have some/all of these things. But Northeastern is my #1 school, behind UNC!
