<p>NRC is very outdated. I suggest you to look up US News also. Chicago is still better in physics and has a slight edge in bio. But I believe Northwestern is better in chemistry these days (faculty has won numerous prestigious awards in recent years, including 2 national medals of science last year; it’s one of the top nanotech research centers in the nation now; in other words, chemistry is blooming at Northwestern)</p>
