<p>I got my HS rank today :( 25/257 Barely even top 10%. I was wondering what my chances would be for admittance without being top 8%.</p>

<p>I think you have a good chance. Even though not top 7% for 2014 your GPA and ACT are good. It sounds as though your ECs and work are also good. From what I’ve heard from others that got in as review applicants it came down to their essays.</p>

If I were to apply tomorrow without being top 7% when would I hear back? Would I still be in rolling, or would I have to wait for ALL of the 7% spaces to fill then get considered?</p>
<p>Also how are my stats for Minessota-Twin Cities, Michigan, Ohio State, Rice, Cornell, and Berkeley?</p>
