<p>Sorry, im not very familiar with a lot of these colleges but I think you GPA and class rank certainly won’t help you (they still probably wont look past it even with the justification) but that could easily be balanced with test scores, essays and recs. However, you do seem to be very active out of school so this should help you a lot, capitalize on the ECs in the essays. </p>

<p>Also, did you take the SATs at all? Your ACT is pretty high but the SATs could help you out even more with balancing the gpa and rank.</p>
