Not sure what to do

Here's my situation:

I am a dual major in Business and Comp Sci. What I would like to do after college is something related to real estate development. Recently, I have been considering switching majors to something related more to real estate (like planning and development). I always thought that a background in engineering would be applicable to anything (which is why i chose to major in this, even though i would never want to be a programmer or anything like that), but i think that more specific studies (related to real estate) would be more beneficial for getting a job in that field. So my question is: would it be beneficial to switch into a major that is more specific to what i want to work in, or would the benefits of switching be out-weighed by losing the flexibility of an engineering background, even though its not as applicable to what i want to do? Any advice would greatly help! thanks!

Well, you can major in construction management, operations management, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, real estate, or urban planning to get close to real estate development. I don't know what you actually want to do. You want to design, overlook the projects, manage the people who do the project, or what? You need to find out what you want to do and then maybe someone can help you. Real estate development is broad.
