<p>Does anybody know when regular decision applicants find out whether or not they have been admitted? I know the Harvey Mudd website says that the decision will be released on April 1 but most colleges released them earlier.</p>
<p>yeah i am really curious about a possible date change as well. it would be awesome if we could find out earlier than April 1</p>
<p>My friend got in via regular last year, and I think he got it earlier than the date. But not completely sure</p>
<p>I got mine in the mail on March 21 last year. (And it’s worth noting that I live in the Los Angeles area.)</p>
<p>Yeah, they sent out ED 2 notifications on the 12th (or the Thursday)… I think that, depending on the number of regular applicants, they would send them out earlier, definitely not later. Depending on where you live, you might get it later than the other applicants. </p>

<p>Two years ago, S received his letter for ED on March 29th. It had to make it across the country.</p>

<p>I may as well have received mine on April 1st - I thought it was a joke! It actually came on March 31st, two years ago.</p>
<p>International decisions are indeed emailed, but it seems that some of the emails get sent on different days (judging by the decisions thread from my year).</p>
<p>For clarification, are the decisions mailed (traditional thick packet or thin letter) or are they e-mailed out where you need to log into a website and see your results?</p>
<p>Acceptances are mailed in one of those satisfying large envelopes. 
(Unless they’ve changed things since a year ago, which they probably haven’t.)</p>

<p>People in southern California received it yesterday, today is time for the rest of California, western and south western states. I would assume that Mid west and East coast states will receive it tomorrow and for some it might become Monday. Most would have received it by tomorrow. Good luck</p>
