Notification of receipt for transfer applicants

I mailed my transfer application to MIT on February 1 but I have received no confirmation of receipt from MIT. Does MIT normally send out a letter to inform applicants they received their application or am I just being hyper-paranoid?

I haven't gotten anything from MIT yet (confirmation wise), so you're probably in a good boat.

At this point, the track application feature is down and I'm pretty sure they're not processing any new stuff, so no matter how they're dealing with your App it's 100% out of your control at this point.

But if you are really paranoid I'm sure you can call and they'll tell you if you're okay.

I do not even think the track application feature is an option for transfer students. I was kind of surprised when I found out the online portal is only for freshman.

That's comforting though, I was worried they sent out a letter confirming receipt in which case I would be in trouble.
