Notre Dame EAers!!!

He applied to ND as a Questbridge scholarship finalist, but he didn’t win the scholarship. He was given the option to apply RD (he sent them an e-mail indicating his desire to do so). The e-mail he rcv’d was an acknowledgment of his intent to proceed with the application process and to let him know that they put him in the EA round, even though I think he told them RD. I’m hoping it’s a good sign.i

I live about 20 minutes from Notre Dame and the letter arrived today! Accepted. You guys all over the country should start getting them tomorrow.
Good luck everyone!

Fake? Joined today. If not what was letter size and text

Calm down, bartnawer. Normal printer paper size.
First paragraph:
Dear [name],
Congratulations! On behalf of Committee on Admissions, I am pleased to offer you a place in Notre Dame’s 2010 First Year Class. I trust you will view this offer of admission as a special recognition of your accomplishments during the past four years, and as a vote of confidence in your potential for success during your collegiate career.

If you want me to continue…

Sorry. What about envelope size lol

It’s bigger than normal… about manila envelope sized and plain white. There’s a packet and CD inside too.
Everyone from my school who applied got in, so I’m not sure what a rejection envelope looks like, but I’d guess it’d be smaller.

everyone???

Wow, how many is everyone?

Well, we know 12/13 were accepted. The other girl lives in Michigan, and she hasn’t gotten her letter yet.

How can someone who lives in Michigan go to your school, 20 mins from ND?

School I go to usually has 3-4 spots saved for students, and i’m only one apping EA.

Lookin for it tomorrow, or friday.

Maybe it’s a boarding school

South Bend is very close to the Michigan state line. She lives just over it. I live 20 minutes from ND… my school is much, much closer than that.
You’ll probably get it tomorrow, depending on your area of the country.
